Happy Thanksgiving 2019

Hearty Thanksgiving greetings, Digital Collections, The New York Public Library

Happy Thanksgiving!

According to the Plimouth Plantation one of the Europeans who settled here, Edward Winslow, wrote to a friend in England, and said: “And God be praised, we had a good increase…. Our harvest being gotten in, our governor sent four men on fowling that so we might after a special manner rejoice together….” Winslow continues, “These things I thought good to let you understand… that you might on our behalf give God thanks who hath dealt so favourably with us.”

I am all for celebrating our shared values like care for our neighbors, love of our country, family, and the blessing of being here in the USA where we have the freedom and rights to continually improve our country and world!

Each year, my wife Amy and I, make sure to take action to help those less fortunate. This year we donated and helped pack full Thanksgiving meals for distribution to families in need. We did it with our synagogue who coordinated with church groups around Los Angeles to ensure the meals were promptly delivered to appropriate families. Working together, as an inter-faith group, to help our community.

We also consider the impact the settlers made on the Native Americans. Our unfair and colonial ways, continued to this day. We’ve failed to honor our treaties and provide just compensation for what we took from them.

Finally, we consider the impact on our world today. This year, we are enjoying a vegetarian meal as the treatment of turkeys is less than stellar.

Spending time with family, friends, and strangers, connecting as people, sharing gratitude is always a worthwhile venture. Please be safe today and be gentle with your self and others.

Happy Thanksgiving!

P.S. Here are a few tips on handling politics at the table!

Amb. John Bolton Back on Twitter, Teases White House Fears – Harris Faulkner

Moments before going on air, Ambassador John Bolton returned to Twitter with this tweet

“Re: speaking up — since resigning as National Security Advisor, the
@WhiteHouse refused to return access to my personal Twitter account. Out of fear of what I may say? To those who speculated I went into hiding, I’m sorry to disappoint!”

We discussed on Fox News Channel‘s Outnumbered Overtime with Harris Faulkner and fellow panelist Jenna Ellis Rives.

Is Bolton the guy to jump on the grenade that is Giuliani and remember that the Unitary Executive Theory (i.e. Boy King) is not what we believe. And those defending those unchecked executive powers, do you feel that way when Barack Obama was in office?

Castro says No To Iowa First, Clinton Considers, and Klobuchar Claims Buttigieg Male Preferential Treatment

The 2020 Democratic candidates are busy attacking now as we are 84 days out from the first ballots in the primary.

Obama HUD Secretary Julian Castro said that Iowa and New Hampshire should not be the first two states to decide an election as they don’t represent all of America.

Rumors of Secretary Hillary Clinton entering the race are causing waves.

Minnesota Senator Amy Klobuchar said that South Bend Mayor Pete Buttigieg would not be anywhere in this race if he were a woman.

Fox News at Night with host Shannon Bream invited me back on Monday, November 11, 2019 to discuss with Legal Insurrection’s William A. Jacobson

Trump Impeachment Inquiry Begins Wednesday – Charles Payne

The Trump Impeachment Inquiry public hearings begin on Wednesday after all the protestations about the process. Democrats are giving the Republicans what they want, but now the GOP claims not enough Americans support it.

Thanks to Fox Business Network Making Money with Charles Payne for having me back on Veterans Day, November 11, 2019 alongside Madison Gesiotto.

When a president extorts a foreign ally, that is quite the sound reason for an impeachment inquiry, which is the equivalent to a grand jury. Should it go to the Senate, that is the trial portion of the process.

Climate Crisis Thanksgiving – Laura Ingraham

The Huffington Post suggests that we ought to reconsider eating turkey on Thanksgiving, 11,000 scientists say we need to stop having so many babies because of the climate crisis, and Jane Fonda is fighting climate change by not buying any new clothes.

The #ClimateCrisis is real. Empowering women socially, economically, and medically is a key for reducing birth rates.

🇺🇸 taking the lead in #cleanenergy will be good for our economy and for the world.

From the Ingraham Angle on Friday, November 8, 2019 where I’m joined by John Daniel Davidson.

Who do you think has the right attitude on how to lead, how to create cleaner energy for the world, and how to enjoy being on television?

Trump Durham Investigation Obstruction of Congress Impeachment – Shannon Bream

The Durham Investigation is tainted by the Attorney General, William Barr, protecting the Boy King from his petulant and illegal behaviors. Plus, Adam Schiff says Trump blocking every step of the way is Obstruction of Congress, just like the second Article of Impeachment against Richard Milhous Nixon.

Fox News at Night with host Shannon Bream invited me back on Monday, November 4, 2019 to discuss with Fox News Legal Analyst and author of “Witch Hunt,” Gregg Jarrett.
