Dems Pass Bills to Fix Surprise Billing And Allow Government To Negotiate Drug Costs

Surprise billing by doctors and hospitals is dramatically affecting millions of Americans as 18% of ER visits and 16 % of in-patient hospital admissions crush us with these surprise bills.

Plus, the Bush-era Medicare reforms prohibited the government from negotiating drug prices for Medicare recipients, which is entirely illogical as that group is the biggest consumer of prescription medication.

The House Democrats passed bills to help address these issues. While impeachment is happening.
