FNC Tucker Carlson Vanity Fair Apology

I joined Tucker Carlson Tonight again Thursday night, December 28, 2017, on Fox News! Guest host Brian Kilmeade grilled me over Vanity Fair’s apology for their Hillary Clinton end of year humor video suggesting Secretary Clinton find hobbies and not run again.

I say Vanity Fair made a smart business decision apologizing. Some of their subscribers were angry, and it is easy to apology to make peace. We want more peace, right?

I had a mic drop completion going after President Business, er Trump. Why is he attacking the American business Vanity Fair instead of focusing on the Russia, Turkey, Iran situation in the Middle East?

Take a look at the clip below and share your thoughts!

FNC Judge Jeanine Pirro Uranium One

Thanks to Fox News and Judge Jeanine Pirro for having me on last night. Larry Elder and I debated the latest round of allegations regarding President Obama, Attorney General Eric Holder, and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton with the sale of Uranium One to a Russian owned company.

Take a listen to my rebuttal to the Judge’s 6 minute opening statement and let me know what you think.

This video is Judge Pirro’s opening statement:

Judge Jeanine: Obama and the Clintons sold us out

Our uranium went out and, with it, the security of our nation.

Why Trump Supporters Are Mad At Me

Thank you to Fox News Channel for having me back on Happening Now with host Jon Scott to discuss the presidential race. My fellow panelist is San Diego talk radio host Mark Larson to defend Donald Trump.

I argue that Trump is done and state that his self-admitted sexual abuse of women/girls is my vote for Clinton.

At the :39 mark – “People are fleeing from Donald Trump as they would from a hurricane, as they should”

Ethan Explains Second Debate Grade

Ethan Explains Second Debate Grade

The second presidential debate went down last night in St. Louis, Missouri. It was town hall style with the moderators Anderson Cooper and Martha Raddatz attempting to keep things in order, without much success.

Trump supporters will love last night as he went on the attack and said he’d put Hillary Clinton in jail. Just like an autocratic, fascistic, dictator. Which is apparently what a number of his supporters want. Someone like Mussolini. They will also defend him saying the moderators gave Clinton more leeway and cut him off more. There is truth to that charge, too. Although Trump interrupted Clinton far more than she interrupted him.

I give Hillary Clinton a B for doing what she needed to do, although she was incorrect on a couple of items. I give Donald Trump a C for an adequate performance, but he wouldn’t answer questions, he would kind of address the question, go off elsewhere, and then maybe come back to the question.

But did it change anyone’s vote? I doubt it.

Ethan Presidential Vote Bombshell Announcement

Ethan’s Presidential Vote Bombshell Announcement

Saturday, October 8, 2016, I have made my decision. If Donald Trump is on my ballot November 8th, I’ll vote for Hillary Clinton.

The audio of Trump’s conversation with Billy Bush is beyond sickening and apparently confirms that Trump isn’t just a misogynist, he is a sexual abuser of women. In his own words. Repeatedly.

This is not just “boys will be boys.” This is sexual abuse, abuse of power, and more. We can never teach our boys and young men that this is okay. It is not.

Take a look at New York’s Penal Code:
A person is guilty of forcible touching when such person intentionally, and for no legitimate purpose:
1. forcibly touches the sexual or other intimate parts of another person for the purpose of degrading or abusing such person, or for the purpose of gratifying the actor’s sexual desire; or
2. subjects another person to sexual contact for the purpose of gratifying the actor’s sexual desire and with intent to degrade or abuse such other person while such other person is a passenger on a bus, train, or subway car operated by any transit agency, authority or company, public or private, whose operation is authorized by New York state or any of its political subdivisions. (N.Y. Penal Law § 130.52.)

or California’s:
Any person who touches an intimate part of another person, if the touching is against the will of the person touched, and is for the specific purpose of sexual arousal, sexual gratification, or sexual abuse, is guilty of misdemeanor sexual battery, punishable by a fine not exceeding two thousand dollars ($2,000), or by imprisonment in a county jail not exceeding six months, or by both that fine and imprisonment. (Pen. Code, § 243.4(e)1.)

I strongly dislike that I am being forced into voting for who is likely to be the most flawed President in my lifetime. There are not viable alternatives this election and Trump’s own words and actions forced my hand.

EDIT: To be clear, this is NOT an endorsement of Hillary Clinton, just a statement of my opinion. I still want a viable 3rd and 4th party, they just need to do better than Johnson and Stein to get my vote.

Ethan Explains First Presidential Debate

The first presidential “debate” is tonight! Donald J. Trump will “debate” Sec. Hillary R. Clinton with Lester Holt moderating.

I use quotes around the word debate, because these aren’t really debates with rules that are followed. No microphone gets turned off when someone goes over time, for example.

Will anything about the “debate” change your mind? Or are these just publicity stunts now where each side will cherry pick what their candidate said while viciously attacking the opposing candidate? And they will all claim poor Lester Holt didn’t do a good enough job?

BTW, where is Governor Gary Johnson and why isn’t he going to be on stage? I think any candidate polling higher than 5% should be included in the debates. That’s the only way we’ll get viable third parties in this country. We really do need more than the broken duopoly which provides us what I think of as a false dichotomy of D versus R.

Ethan Explains Tangled Trump

Ethan Explains Tangled Trump

The polls show a dead heat between Sec. Hillary Clinton and businessman Donald J. Trump, and I’ve spent plenty of time picking apart Clinton. Now we find out that the Trump Foundation, while not ethically challenged regarding our government, is deeply problematic.

The Washington Post editorial board goes as far as calling Trump a “scam artist” because of the problems with the Trump Foundation. From the article:

Mr. Trump does not appear to have given his own money to the Trump Foundation since 2008, and by then Trump funds had become a tiny slice of the organization’s revenue. Since then, the available records suggest, a charitable group that bears the billionaire’s name has been funded by others. That has not stopped Mr. Trump from claiming credit for doling out other people’s cash. He happily accepted an award from the Palm Beach Police Foundation in 2010 — then he cut the group off once the real source of the money, a New Jersey charity, stopped contributing to the Trump Foundation. Donations he promised on “The Celebrity Apprentice” would come out of his “own wallet” instead came from his foundation or a television production company. The story is the same with a 2009 TV contest called “Trump pays your bills!”, in which the Trump Foundation, not Mr. Trump, paid the winner’s bills.

Further, Newsweek‘s Kurt Eichenwald wrote a well researched piece documenting all of the conflicts of interest a President Trump will have due to his international business dealings. From his piece:

A close examination by Newsweek of the Trump Organization, including confidential interviews with business executives and some of its international partners, reveals an enterprise with deep ties to global financiers, foreign politicians and even criminals, although there is no evidence the Trump Organization has engaged in any illegal activities. It also reveals a web of contractual entanglements that could not be just canceled. If Trump moves into the White House and his family continues to receive any benefit from the company, during or even after his presidency, almost every foreign policy decision he makes will raise serious conflicts of interest and ethical quagmires.

Done with the broken duopoly yet? I suggest we need Governor Gary Johnson on the presidential debate stage to provide a third approach to running the United States of America.

Ethan Explains Hillary Health

Ethan Explains Hillary Health

According to Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Rodham Clinton’s physician, she has pneumonia. This announcement came hours after she disappeared from the 9/11 memorial event in New York City.

The only reason we know about this is a private citizen captured video that none of the press corps bothered to film. The video appears to show her passing out as she is supported by Secret Service personnel and moved into a van.

None of this would be as big of a deal if her entire campaign wasn’t one of secrecy and obfuscation. Now it is a much bigger deal than it might have been if she would be forthright and honest in her dealings with We The People.

Further, with her millions of dollars available it appears she doesn’t have someone helping her get exercise five days per week, as evidenced by her weight gain. One need only look at her pictures from the 1990s and compare them to today to see how much she has gained. And even more, where is the nutritionist to ensure she eats nutrient dense foods at every meal and cut out the simple carbohydrates? Proper diet and exercise would help her body cope with the massive stress of a presidential campaign and her incredible schedule.

Not that diet and exercise will prevent pneumonia, which kills over 53,000 people per year according to the CDC. But they sure help to keep the immune system stronger and a healthy person generally makes for a quicker recovery.

I do wish Secretary Clinton a full and speedy recovery.

Ethan Explains Corrupt Politics

Ethan Explains Corrupt Politics

We are in full swing of the election season and the headlines continue to highlight mostly Clinton scandals plus now the latest Trump scandal in Florida. That’s right, Donald Trump apparently gave money improperly to the Attorney General of Florida, at least according to CNN and others.

Money corrupts just like power corrupts. Yet I keep hearing that your beloved corrupt politician is okay because he or she is better than the other. NO! Corruption is wrong and we need to stop voting for people who we know are corrupt. That is the only way to begin righting our system back in favor of We The People.

But Citizens United is the problem, you say. Yes, that is true. As is the stranglehold unions have because they spend union dues on buying influence. I suggest that only individuals with a social security number, legal citizens, should be allowed to contribute to political campaigns.

Ethan on Fox News Election HQ Never Clinton

I had the pleasure of joining host Leland Vittert and fellow guest Karine Jean-Pierre on Fox News Channel Election HQ on August 21, 2016.

We discussed the Hillary Clinton campaign moving forward with plans as they expect to win. I share my take on that and then dive into the Clinton scandals while suggesting Donald Trump “stay in the shadows instead of spewing shadowy language.”
