FNC Tucker Carlson Albertsons English Workplace

Thank you again Tucker Carlson and Fox News Channel for having me back on Friday evening, May 4, 2018. We discussed the ramifications of the EEOC suing Albertsons for a manager disallowing Spanish spoken amongst co-workers when NOT interacting with customers.

Businesses of course want to do what they can to best serve their customers, as they should do more! However, employees conversing amongst themselves in another language is protected behavior. It’s not like these employees were claiming to not speak English and refusing to help the customers.

More importantly this is a prime example of why big companies need greater scrutiny over how they approach hiring and managing employees. When I was a teenager working at McDonalds I’d speak German to a coworker who was in my German class just so we could converse without people overhearing our conversation. We were still getting our work done and high reviews, but it allowed us to talk without people eavesdropping. Why can’t these employees do the same?

FNC Tucker Carlson Migrant Caravan Immigration

Thank you to Fox News Channel and Tucker Carlson Tonight for having me back on Tuesday, May 1, 2018. What remains of the asylum seeking migrant caravan from Central America is at San Ysidro Port of Entry and our discussion was centered on whether and how many people the United States should accept.

Tucker argues that we are unrecognizable as America from 30 years ago and unable to absorb more asylum seekers and refugees.

I argued the opposite that we have great capacity to absorb and integrate asylum seekers and refugees as we have done for a very long time, plus we signed the 1951 Refugee Convention and have a Judeo-Christian obligation to care for them (see Exodus 22:20, Proverbs 19:17, Matthew 25:40, etc.).

Lastly, at the end of the interview I claim a financial benefit from accepting refugees – here are my sources (click for the link):

Fox News Tucker Kilmeade DNC Lawsuit

Fox News Channel‘s Brian Kilmeade was in for Tucker Carlson on Friday, April 20, 2018. I joined him to discuss the DNC civil lawsuit against Russia, WikiLeaks, Roger Stone, Donald Trump Jr., et al.

Plus a new book is out criticizing Hillary Clinton and how she handled losing the election in 2016.

FNC Tucker Carlson California Quality Of Life

I joined Tucker Carlson again on Fox News March 2, 2018. Our discussion centered on U.S. News & World Report’s Best States Ranking with California #32 overall and #50 in Quality of Life, while ranked #4 for economy.

We covered everything from immigration to homelessness, the environment and drugs.

FNC Tucker Carlson Gun Control Mental Health

I joined Tucker Carlson Tonight again on February 15, 2018. In light of the horrific terror attack/mass murder in Parkland, FL yesterday, what should we as a society do to address this problem?

I argue a combination of addressing mental health and common sense solutions. Plus, get the National Guard at every school until we can resolve the issue.

FNC Tucker Carlson Plastic Straws Homeless

I joined Tucker Carlson again last night on Fox News to discuss California AB 1884 which will make distributing a single use plastic straw to a customer unsolicited a violation of the Health and Safety code.

I argued that plastic pollution is a significant and serious environmental problem. I support efforts to reduce, reuse, and recycle.

Tucker then tied homelessness into the topic. He and I battled over that topic as well where he advocates punishment and I advocate rehabilitation and housing.

FNC Tucker Carlson Palm Springs Racist Trees

Screenshot Tucker Carlson 12-21-2017

I joined Tucker Carlson Tonight again Thursday night, December 21, 2017, on Fox News! Tucker wanted to mockingly revisit the story of trees allegedly planted for racist reasons along a golf course in Palm Springs, California.

My argument is focused on racist origins (the neighborhood came about because Palm Springs engaged in ethnic housing cleansing), the fire hazard of tamarisk trees, and the waste of the water in drought ravaged California.

Take a look at the clip below and share your thoughts!

FNC Tucker Carlson California Elder Abuse HIV Spread

I joined Tucker Carlson Tonight again last night on Fox News! Tucker wanted to tie two separate new California state laws into one topic: SB219 and SB239.

One adds intentional and repeated use of names/pronouns for a person in a state licensed nursing home to the definition of elder abuse. Elder abuse is the physical or psychological harm of an elder, BTW.

The other reduces the charge for not informing a sex partner that you knowingly have HIV from a felony to a misdemeanor (up to 6 months in jail per charge). This stems from prison overcrowding, medical advances, and if someone dies homicide charges still are available.

FNC Tucker Carlson Colin Kaepernick NFL Protests

By now you know how much I enjoy debating with Tucker Carlson on his Fox News Tucker Carlson Tonight show. Last night he invited me on again to discuss the NFL players protest and specifically Colin Kaepernick.

Interestingly there is no Constitutional right to exercise the First Amendment at work. However, as long as the players coordinate their activity, they are likely protected under labor law.

This is about 1/5 the conversation with key points that the network tweeted out.
